Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using GodView, or by browsing godview.apexstar.io, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.
The product
GodView is a read-only market viewing application for public Binance USDⓈ-M perpetual futures data. It does not place orders, custody assets, or provide brokerage services.
License
Subject to payment of any applicable one-time unlock fee through the App Store and compliance with these terms, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GodView on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms.
No investment advice
Nothing in GodView constitutes investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile. You are solely responsible for decisions you make using any information displayed in the app.
Data accuracy
Market data is provided on a best-effort basis from third-party public APIs. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Always confirm critical numbers on the exchange before acting.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, abuse infrastructure, or use GodView for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimer of warranties
GodView is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of GodView or reliance on market data shown in the app.
Changes
We may modify these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date will reflect material revisions.
